Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love the candies you've received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase. Just repack the candies in its original packaging with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

*Product must be claimed for returns or exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of goods.
Customer will not be refunded the original shipping costs.*

1. Contact our Customer Service department at 1-843-795-6505 EST. Office hours Mon-Friday
9am - 5:00pm . They will confirm your claim for a return or exchange. Please have ready
your order ID number & reason for return so we can better assist you.

2. You will receive an address of where to send the goods back to and a confimation by us to do so.

3. Allow up to 3  weeks upon return of goods for funds to be credited to card or an exchange made.  Please pack item with the same care we have in order to prevent breakage.
